Woodmont Announces Promotion of Lisa Young to Vice President of Marketing and Education

BELMONT, CA (January 2010) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, proudly announces the promotion of Lisa Young to Vice President of Marketing and Education. Young will continue to lead the company’s marketing and education efforts at both corporate and property levels and assist in sales, training, marketing, merchandizing and transactional execution.

Young joined Woodmont in early 2003 and has been instrumental in developing and leading all marketing campaigns for Woodmont’s multifamily properties, as well as continually implementing new and innovative educational offerings to Woodmont Associates throughout her tenure.

Young’s career within the property management industry spans over 25 years. She has extensive experience with building in-depth marketing and educational programs, creating revenue-increasing systems and services, and assisting in new business development. Young holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and is an instructor for two National Apartment Association (NAA) Designation Programs – National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).
