Woodmont Chosen To Manage Commercial Portfolio of Over 2.8 Million Square Feet

BELMONT, CA (March 2010) – Woodmont Real Estate Services, the premier real estate management firm in Northern California, has been appointed as the commercial management company for a portfolio of industrial properties, totaling 2.8 million square feet.

 

The client is a publically traded REIT based in Denver, Colorado who owns, operates and develops bulk distribution and light industrial properties totaling more than 75 million square feet throughout the United States and Mexico.

 

The new commercial portfolio consists of properties in Brisbane, Newark, Hayward, Livermore, San Jose, Stockton, Lathrop and Concord.
