Our Education Department emphasizes career excellence and promotes continual professional development. We are committed to the implementation of first-rate educational programs and curriculum to achieve superior property performance and to propel associates toward their personal and professional goals, thereby ensuring Woodmont’s growth and reputation as an industry leader. Woodmont has created “Woodmont University”, an ongoing educational program that offers instruction by the Director of Education, one-on-one training from leaders within our organization and concentrated training sessions provided by nationally recognized industry professionals. Our internal support team frequently completes ongoing assessments, internal focus groups and surveys to ensure that all programs continually exceed the needs of our clients and on-site staff.
Our greatest satisfaction is seeing our employees succeed, which is why we acknowledge our associates’ outstanding accomplishments and contributions through monthly and annual recognition and award programs. Awards give recognition to both individual employees and property teams and includes categories such as most improved NOI, outstanding marketing achievements, superior customer service, and team member of the month.
